Hi, I am Chiara!

 

I support mothers in reconnecting with their bodies, breath, and inner steadiness.

Not by adding more to do, but by helping them do less, more kindly.

My work is grounded in movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic practices, and shaped by years of working closely with women in the postpartum period.
