Chiara is an excellent and very experienced Pilates teacher, she always pays attention to detail and makes me feel more confident with the progress I am making. Every session is different with a bit more challenge added to make things more interesting.
Chiara always provides feedback after the class which is very useful when I attempt the exercises at home. I really enjoy my sessions with Chiara and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to try Pilates.

FAQ
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a holistic exercise method that uses controlled movements and breathing to improve flexibility, strengthen the core, and increase body awareness.
Is Pilates like Yoga?
Pilates and Yoga are similar as they both encourage mind-body conditioning, yet different in their dynamic and focus. Whilst in yoga you might hold poses for longer, in Pilates we improve strength and flexibility through movement.
Do I need to be fit to start Pilates?
No, there are no prerequisites to start Pilates. All levels of experienced are welcome.
Is it safe?
Yes, Pilates is a low impact exercise which is safe to perform for all ages and fitness levels. If you have any specific requirement or medical condition check with your doctor and share it with me before starting.
How often should I do Pilates?
Start with something achievable by committing to one class a week. As you become more comfortable with the exercises and start to see improvements in your strength and flexibility, you can increase the frequency and duration of your Pilates sessions.
How long before I see results?
As Joseph Pilates famously said "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 you'll see the difference, and in 30 you'll have a new body"
Do I need any special equipment?
All you need to get started on your Pilates practice is your body, a mat and a cushion or small towel. We can add small equipment like the ball and band to support your movement or add some challenge later on.
What should I wear?
Wear loose clothing that's easy to move in. Your comfort is important.
