WHAT IS IT?
The (M)otherside 21-Day Journey is a gentle, evergreen program created specifically for postnatal mothers who want to feel more physically supported, regulated, and integrated into daily life.
Through short, nourishing daily practices rooted in Pilates, mindfulness, and therapeutic body awareness, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body, support your nervous system, and rebuild trust in yourself — without pressure or perfection.
This is not about “doing more.”
It’s about learning how to support yourself consistently, in ways that are sustainable and kind.
HOW IT WORKS?
Over 21 days, you’ll be guided through short, accessible daily practices designed to fit into real life with children.
These practices help you interrupt the common cycle of exhaustion and frustration by building a realistic habit of self-care — one that supports you both during practice and throughout your day.
Inside the course, you’ll receive:

Why do I care so much?
Because I have been there too.
Hi, I’m Chiara — a Pilates teacher, shiatsu therapist, and mindfulness practitioner with over 10 years of experience supporting women through recovery, embodiment, and self-care.
I know how easily postnatal needs can be sidelined, especially when support is limited and there’s very little time to yourself. (M)otherside grew from both professional practice and lived experience — a way of offering gentle, realistic support that fits into real motherhood.
My work is rooted in nervous-system awareness, respect for the body’s natural rhythms, and the belief that care only works when it’s sustainable.
There’s no pressure to keep up or get it “right” — just small, consistent practices to help you feel steadier, supported, and more at home in your body again.

FAQ
Which tech do I need?
Simply a smartphone, tablet or laptop and internet connection!
When does it start?
As soon as you purchase the course, you’ll have immediate access to the first video.
Each practice unlocks one at a time as you move through the course, so you’re guided step by step without being overwhelmed by too much content all at once.
How long are the daily practices?
The daily practices are between 5 and 15 minutes.
They’re designed to fit into the small gaps of your day. At first this might feel ambitious, but many mums find it becomes easier and more natural than expected.
What if I miss a day?
That’s completely okay. You can return and continue whenever you’re able.
While the encouragement is to take a little time each day, the course is self-paced and there’s no pressure to keep up perfectly.
Do I need to complete the course in 21 days?
No. The 21-day structure offers a gentle rhythm to support consistency, but you can take longer if needed.
The course is there to support you — not to add pressure.
How long do I have access to the videos?
You’ll have lifetime access, so you can return to the course whenever you need support.
Is it suitable for me if I am newly postnatal or feeling very tired?
Yes. The practices are gentle, adaptable, and designed to meet you where you are.
You’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace, choosing what feels supportive on any given day.
Do I need much space or other equipment?
No special equipment and no “perfect” space are needed.
You’ll be guided to work with what’s available, and supported to create a sense of familiarity and safety in a space you can return to again and again.
What if I have need support along the way?
