Summer invites us to move differently — with more ease, more softness, and maybe even a little more joy. I created this 6-day journey as a gentle companion for the season: something you can return to again and again, whether you're at home, on holiday, or simply flowing through your day. More than a challenge — this is an invitation. A way to stay connected to your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm through short, nourishing sessions of Pilates and mindful movements. Each day offers a bite-sized blend of movement, breath, and presence (10–15 minutes), built around a simple theme to support your whole self — body, mind, and heart. Here’s a little preview of your S-U-M-M-E-R: 🌿 S for Stretch – Ease into your journey with gentle stretches to awaken your body 🌿 U for Unfold – Open up with mindful movements that invite space and calm 🌿 M for Mobilize – Flow through dynamic sequences that support freedom and function 🌿 M for Meditate – Press pause and turn inward with a quiet moment of stillness 🌿 E for Energize – Feel your vitality rise with a spirited, strength-based Pilates session 🌿 R for Restore – Close with softness, restoration, and a deep sense of ease ✨ No equipment needed, all levels of experience welcome ✨ Move through the kit day-by-day, or press pause and repeat what feels good 🕒 Free to join anytime before 31 July and accessible for 45 days from your start date 🕒 After that it will move to the Virtual Studio — where you can access it anytime, as part of your ongoing practice. ⚠️ Please check your spam after registering!
