Service Description

Shiatsu derives its name from the Japanese term for "finger pressure" and it involves applying pressure to specific points on the body, moving from one point to another in a rhythmic sequence. By treating the meridians, the energy channels that run through and across the whole body, Seiki Shiatsu encourages the release of pain, tension and stress, along with their associated symptoms. It is recommended to have an initial session, followed by a course of treatments to be planned on a case by case basis. If symptom-free you can enjoy a follow up treatment as occasionally as you wish.
