(M)otherside is a 21-day guided journey to help busy mums reconnect with their energy, confidence, and calm through mindful movement, breath, and deep rest.

This one-of-a-kind programme blends gentle daily practices with live sessions, reflection, and real connection. It’s designed to help you cross back to your other side — the grounded, radiant version of you that may have felt out of reach.

Hi, I’m Chiara— Pilates teacher, Shiatsu therapist, and mindfulness practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting women through movement and self-care.

​

But more than that, I’m a mum. And I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, disconnected from your body, and unsure where “you” fit anymore.

 

(M)otherside was born from that place. It’s a space to gently return to yourself: to move, breathe, and rebuild energy and confidence, one day at a time. I’ll be walking this journey alongside you, guiding and supporting you every step of the way.
