Service Description

Start off the new year diving into Pilates' most emblematic routine! This session is designed to mobilise, strengthen and challenge the body in a flowing sequence of exercises...allowing you to experience the essence of the Pilates method. Experience in Classical Mat is preferable, but not necessary! You are advised not to participate if you have a back or neck injury. Please remember to BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
